Noelle McKinnon – Court Administrator
Noelle has been the Chancery Court Administrator since December, 1994. Noelle was hired by the then Chancellor, J. Shannon Clark, as the 19th Chancery Court District’s first Court Administrator and then reconfirmed by Chancellor Frank McKenzie. Chancellor McKenzie has since retired and now she is the Administrator for Chancellor Billie J. Graham.
Noelle has spent her career (since she was 18) in the legal field having first worked for Franklin C. McKenzie, Jr. in his law practice for ten years before becoming his Court Administrator. Noelle brings a total of 37 years to the legal field.
Sarah McCormick – Staff Attorney
Sarah McCormick is originally from Bay Springs, Mississippi, but has resided in Jones County since 2008. She attended Jones County Junior College (Jones College), then earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1991, and a Juris Doctorate from the Mississippi College School of Law in 1996. She was licensed to practice law in Mississippi in 1997.
Her career in state service began as a staff attorney for the Mississippi Department of Human Services. She became the first law clerk for Circuit Judge Billy Joe Landrum and Chancellor Frank McKenzie in 1998 when she served both the Jones County Circuit Court and the Nineteenth Chancery Court District. In 2006 Sarah began clerking solely for Chancellor Frank McKenzie and is honored to continue as the staff attorney for Chancellor Billie Graham, the first female chancellor of the Nineteenth Chancery Court District.
